They did complete a clean and shampoo but with a small portable cleaner that was something I could have rented. They used my water to fill it and therefore it wasn't likely as hot as it could have been. When all done he dumped the dirty water in my driveway which left all kinds of carpet fibers and such in my driveway. Not as clean and professional as I have had in the past. Smell didn't change much at all. Won't use them again.
