-I moved here about a year ago, and they are the nicest subsidized units for disabled/elderly I've seen. Appliances are better r than most so called luxuery units,they are more like small ranchers rather than an apt, no one above or below. Bathrooms 10x 5'6" to accomadate any wheelchairs bound community members. Most residents are older so it's pretty quiet 90% of the time, You have a large covered porch area to enjoy the warmer months, You need a car because Felton has next to nothing shopping wise . Maintenance I give a high five too. - Only disadvantage- although insulated/ new andersoon windows etc, it is ALL ELECTRIC and even 1 person being conservative can have bills higher than $175 in peak seasons, central a/c is great, HEATING -dreaded, heat pump with aux backup, cold air comes out for about 30 seconds and since all units are ground level the dampness can be felt..I plan to use a elec oil filled radiator and lower the thermostat this winter.It costs a lot less using that.

It's modern, clean, maintained, & a great place to live! Highly recommend!
