Jason answered the phone when I called asking if they still had their sale iTunes gift cards in stock. I had to drive the extra 20 minutes because the three DG stores in the Dover area were sold out of them. He was extremely professional, charismatic, courteous, and understanding of my vent about this situation. He assured me that he still had plenty available and that he would be ready for me once I arrived. Jackie at the register seemed flustered at first because I was buying a lot for my nieces and nephews who are visiting from Florida, but she persevered and worked with me in a nice professional manner.
