Had a problem with my filter pool would not clear up. I called Ricks and they came out the next day. Fixed my pump and put chemicals in my pool. The pool was cleaner last summer than it has ever been. Thanks Ricks!

I called to speak with the owner several times, and got no where. I explained they sold us the wrong sand for our filter witch in turn cracked the inside piece, which we had to replace at our expense. The woman there told me it was the only sand they sold and they never had a problem, I said consider this your first, she then hung up on me. I called her back to get her name, she told me it was Dawn, and then said to me "you should sit here and listen to people complain" my response was "if you sold things you know about you wouldn't have that problem" She then hung up on me for the 2nd time. I will NEVER again do business there again, and I suggest you do the same. She is extremely rude and no customer skills what so ever.
