In 2008, the law firm was awarded "Best Professional Business" by the Chamber of Commerce. The principal attorneys Gaylen Payne and Tim Hickel have over 42 years of combined legal experience. In 2007, Tim Hickel was voted "best attorney" in a poll conducted by the Federal Way Mirror newspaper. He also received this award in 2004. Gaylen Payne is an experienced trial lawyer who also serves as an arbitrator for the King and Pierce County Superior Courts. In addition, he serves as an advisor to several area hospitals, which is an outstanding benefit to our personal injury clients.
