The Federal Way Public Schools is located in Federal Way, Wash. The district s schools offer classes from kindergarten through 12 and enroll more than 1,000 students every year. The district offers various sports program that include baseball, basketball, football, wrestling, hockey, volleyball and track. The Federal Way Public Schools governs eight middle schools, five senior high schools and more than 20 elementary schools. The district has an academic program that focuses on reading, language arts and math skills in elementary grades. It supports these basic skills with the teaching of social studies and science. The district s schools also provide instruction in computer, arts, music, library science, and health and physical education in higher grades.
