Dr. McGlaughlin is a very kind and sensitive physician with a gift for listening to what his patients concerns are. He doesn't try to rush through a diaganosis and he takes the time to explain his perspective of what's going on. He has treated our entire family at one time or another and we have all been very pleased with his excellant service.....even my two teenage boys! His staff are friendly, responsive and non-judgemental - Careplus is a family-oriented clinic, from our family's point of view. We always recommend him to our family and friends. I really like the Dr.Mc Laughlin and his crew except for the female Dr that he has working for him. She is very rude.When I pay all this money w/o insurance and I come in to find out what my results came back as, The female Dr was talking Dr terms and I asked her what all that ment?She replies back with a stern loud voice "I JUST TOLD YOU!" I said" I just want to know if everything came out ok!"I figure I pay cash up right and I DO NOT need someone to make me feel stupid when I don't understand the big Dr terms!!!!!!!! So I only see the other Doctors and avoid her.I guess she has had other complaints from others who I have talked to in the waiting room!
