      Appointment system means nothing to staff. Brought dog in for an 8:00 am appointment thinking he would be ready to pick up around 10:00 am. Not receiving a call by 12:00 pm, I called for a status and was told that my dog wouldn't be ready for pick up until 2:00 PM.
