Nurses and home care aides at Fidelity Home Care are AWESOME and my mom LOVES them. They are prompt and always on time, if they are running late they call and let you know, nurses are very respectful, listen to what we have to say & if we have any questions answers them on the spot or call someone that can answer it. My mom has had only three different nurses and each one calls the day before to make sure of the time to come out. They also try to keep the same nurse assigned to you so you don't have to explain over and over what is going on with mom's treatment. -Shawn S.
