My husband and I have been buying our computers from Syr. Computer Store for many years. I just purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 from them and their prices were in range with other places. But the service for helping me set it up and work out bugs was extraordinary. The staff is friendly and most importantly, competent!! A+ Service !!!!! It's sad that I have come to expect bad service from most businesses I deal with. But, when I do deal with those rare places that have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees I must tell everyone. What a wonderful experience I had at Syracuse Computer Store. I highly recommend them to anyone to needs to buy a computer or have a computer serviced. I not only had my computer serviced there, I decided to buy one from them. What a good decision that was!!
