      The woman that calls to confirm is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with...Make sure you do not have to rebook your app because she is very not understanding. So rude in fact I would never ever go back...Made it very unpleasant to say the least. After discussing it with other people in the are it has a bad reputation for being snotty.
