I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned recently, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the gym. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I have fun and I like the center.

I really love this facility, they have alot of programs for kids as well as adults. I do cardio and have lost a significant amount of weight. I feel better, look better and have alot more energy. The staff is very friendly. It's like every one is family there a very personal feeling. I love it and would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.
Great facility! The trainers and front desk alone are enough to make this gym 5 stars, but they go above and beyond with clean, functional gym equipment and the available classes.

The instructors here are awesome and I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome I receive when walking into the doors by the reception area. I can't wait for the new stereo system to be installed, because good music helps with your workout. Their trainers are wonderful and helpful.
I have been a memeber of FWO only four months now and love it. They have great staff, they are very supportive and friendly. It is great because it is just for women and you don't have to worry about people judging you. The equipment is good and the classes are great, very different classes from the morning to the evening. This is a great gym will help you loose weight if you really want to.
