This is NOT the place you want to get your vehicle serviced. I have owned BMWs for years. The charges they use are excessively high and not detailed. They charge a standard fee based on the BMW guidelines, even if costs less, they charge you the standard fee. Oil changes (after the free service ran out), costs over $130, when at other dealerships, it costs much less, using not only BMW synthetic oil, but includes B&G MOA (look it up, it is the BMW standard). A window repair will run you no less than $400, when others charge $250. Even if it does not take 3hours (as the book states), they charge you for 3hours at $75 per hour plus $200 parts.One, I would DEFINITELY NOT use them, two, if you buy from them, you need to get ready to take out a jumbo loan on the excessive charges for standard maintenance and any repairs.
