My husband and I recently moved to the area and were put in contact with ERA by our bank. Our agent, Masha Cooke, was amazing. I sent her a list of homes that we were interested in looking at, and even tho there were many, she had no problem getting the information and viewing dates for us. She contacted us immediately after our bank contacted her and was very friendly. Although we were in another state while we were purchasing our home, she made it very easy and was in constant contact with us. We have purchased a home before but we have never had such a great agent. I would and will recommend her to everyone I know. She practically makes you feel like family and am so glad she was our agent.
