I've been a customer for more than six years. Whoever the new manager is has RUINED my opinion of the company. As of tomorrow, I'm requesting a full refund of all monies paid for the season because of ONE loser that I'm not sure the owners know is not competent, truthful, or even willing to talk to the customer. Sad to say the one bad apple has ruined this pie!

I have used master exterminators many times and every time i needed them they were very prompt with the service and the technicians are all very nice along with the helpful office staff! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hands down, Masters was the most professional, polite, and knowledgeable of them all! Their prices are great, employees are top notch, and they are always prompt with the services. We use the for both our quarterly pest control as well as our yearly termite. GREAT COMPANY!!
