We decided to take my father at id care after a bad experience with another doctor, he keep having infection in his leg after the surgery 3 years ago, his leg suddenly swells and start hurting, if antibiotics not started immediately, he ends up in hospital, after couple incidents Dr. Vipul prescribe additional antibiotics to hold at home for emergency, which helped us to avoid almost 3 trips to hospital emergency. It was routine for us to go to emergency when leg swells up, this is a big help to us and we appreciate the care given by this doctor.

My experience was amazing and satisfying. I felt that ID Care staff was very interested in my father’s comfort. Everything was well explained. We never made to feel that caring for him was a burden. We had no reluctance to ask for what needed. On top of that medical outcome is great so far I would recommend ID Care and Dr. Savaliya to anyone who needs treatment for serious infection.

My brother can’t hear and talk, they have even hired sign language interpreter, so far none the doctors we saw provided that service, we are very thankful to ID Care and its staff.

I’m taking my mother to this office for 2 years, they are still maintaining excellent standard of care, I have called so many times even for small reasons but they always address it with happy face. I wish my primary care doctor’s office shows same courtesy & unfortunately this practice doesn’t see patients for primary care.

She had already inserted the needle and I was still waiting for the pain. I really did not detect that she had inserted the needle and was filling one tube of blood.
