Went in for a full set of white tips..guy shaped my nails so that half of them were like / \ instead of | | then to fix it he tried to file down the sides of the nails..so much that you could clearly see where nail should b but isnt and nails were waaaay too skinny..like half the size they should be, no joke. Lady tried to fix the same way then put more acrylic to compensate for the missing part of the nail, which looked ridiculous..after asking several times she finally just took the nails off and sent me over to another guy..he did really good appearance wise..but my favorite thing about getting acrylics is the acrylic..i love the feeling and the clicky aound they make..he filed down the surfaces so much that i actually have to squint to see that there is even acrylic on them..like paper thin. Not happy with my experience..my husband was upset i still payed

I have been a faithful customer of this establishment for 3 years. I have seen a steady decline in the quality of service as many customers have left discussed and unsatisfied. I was getting shellac removed and the tech butchers my nail underneath. I talked to Vivian about it but she told me it always happen like that when shellac is removed. She tried to make it all better by buffing my nails, which made them thinner. I am so disappoint and upset that after all this time of coming here I get treated like they are just nails so suck it up. The only thing they care about is quantity over quality. I will never come back here.
