As the reviewer said before... RUDE. THIS IS NOT RAPID CARE AND FAMILY MEDICINE, the name has changed to FAYETTEVILLE URGENT CARE. Do not waste your time here, keep driving and go to the next place. My insurance = $87.00 for urgent care... thanks Affordable Health Care Act! I went for my swollen foot... xrays taken, PA did not see anything of concern. They took blood and urine samples. They sent me on my way without telling me to stay off my foot, no crutches, not even an Ace bandage. In order to find out the results of my tests.... another $87.00! You have got to be kidding me! Policy.... Location and convienence are not everything.... GO ELSEWHERE FOR MEDICAL CARE!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, IT IS HORRIBLE, THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE, AND EXTREMELY SLOW. DID I MENTION CLUELESS. SET IN THERE FOR HRS, WHILE THE DR AND HIS HELP SIT IN THE LOUNGE AREA SHOOTING THE BREEZE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I have been going to this office for medical care for over three years. The way my schedule works it's difficult to do appointments. PLUS-- I was very happy with Dr. Olivito. He was a very frank person and would not hesitate to tell you what he had on his mind. I do not have a great fondness for doctors' but I appreciated his honesty.He actually seemed like he was there to help-- I was very disappointed when I found out that he was no longer at there at this office.Driving all the way to Sanford was a consideration.Miss you doc--

I personally think that if the Dr. is not in, they should not be taking patients back and letting them sit for hours. The staff are not allowed to tell you the Dr. is not in or at lunch, etc. They did their jobs, it is the Dr. who doesn't show up. These will put you in a room and have you wait and wait. I will never go back to that place again!

i have been to this quick med a few times now. my company uses them for our workmans comp. every time i go there i am seen in a fast professional manner, they always tell me everything i never feel left out or like they arent telling me something or not explaining something i dont quite understand.

I was headed in for my own surgery when I realized my 4 year old stuck a huge screw up his nose. I stopped in at Rapid Care and explained the situation and they were able to take care of him so quickly and efficiently so that I still made it to my own surgery on time. They even let me come back afterward to complete my paperwork so I wouldn't be late. That is exceptional service, above and beyond the call of duty. They took great care of my son (and his hysterical mom)!!!!
