Friendly receptionist put me on the schedule same day. Tech who came to the house was nice enough to show me how to fix my own problem. I'd recommend to anyone!

I run a small business out of my home and when my hard drive died I didn't know what I would do. I called around and found that most places charge to even walk in your door, but Ross I.T. evaluated my problem for free and fixed me same day. They are now handle all of my maintenance and even do my system backups for me! I highly recommend them!

I called around to different computer companys. Some didn't even return my phone call. Others wanted to bring my computer in. Then they would have to keep it for a few days. The ones that would come out couldn't for a couple of days. This company had a tech at my house, not only the same day, but in only 3 hours. They did have to take it back to the shop, but i had it back the very next day. They came to my house picked it up and dropped if back off the very next day fixed and they charged less than what the other guys told me it would cost if i brought it to them. Highly Recommended.
