I've been waiting an hour and still no taxi . Bad service

Called over an hour before I needed the taxi. I was promised someone would come. I needed the ride to work because I had car trouble. 40 minutes past the time a car was promised, I finally received a call that no driver was coming. I had called and left messages before that point and I was promised a car was coming.
