I always come here for all my car needs, the gentlemen at the front desk are always helpful and very polite. They always call within an hour or two to let you know the details about what is wrong with your car and to give you an estimate. I never have any problems and have been coming here for about 3-4 years. I highly recommend them! :)

Slowest pep boys store i've ever been to. Had and appointment and they still didn't start on my car until 2 hours after. On top of that they took 2.5 hours to put on 2 tires. Worst experience ever!

Oh, and last time we were there, they also broke one of our lugnuts, they didn't replace it, and once we noticed it was missing we called the store, and they tried to say that we did it...then they fessed up!
