Used for local unloading. They require that you use three men, but you can insist on only two which is better because these movers needed to be monitored or watched or they could be hurried. They were not careful with items marked "fragile" nor with delicate items. Minor damage to some items. Overall, they seemed unorganized and rushed to get on to the next job. I would say they were average, but I will seek more customer care next time I move.

I did my homework on the internet and avoided the scam movers out there. I found Parks Moving & Storage to be 100% professionals...they identified some items that would help save me money in my move, estimate was close to the actual cost (final cost was actually a bit less even!), they ship by weight, provided the required moving brochure, and their movers were polite, professional and did a wonderful job keeping all of my things safe for the move. Not a single item damaged!! They were on time, and provided pick up and delivery on dates/times that work for my schedule. I can't say enough good things about these folks, I highly recommend them, and would be happy to use them again in the future! Shannon Grace 8/4/2007
