Poor customer service and nonchalant attitude. They are about financial gain, not customers. Customers don't recieve their license plates and want you to sign another contract. Their manager called in a customer and.called police because they wanted vehicle back due to their financial loss but customer was told they would give same deal with new contract. I looked into another dealership after I witnessed this incident.
