ok so last spring had them come out, technician said everything looked ok, problem we were having is that Hvac fan wouldn't cut on and when switching to AC he said wait 12 to 15 mins or we may have to cut off breaker and then cut HVAC on. Well throughout summer AIR ran but by winter the fan would not work for Heat pump. I kept saying I in all my own days in working with HVAC people...as a contractor or as a homeowner have I ever had or known this as a problem in having to cut off breaker etc. So this winter, had to call them again, my point is the first tech should have known what was going on and addressed the problem in the spring. Now after having them out here again they have procrastinated for weeks, no estimate, no nothing while our temps have in the single digits. They have had no concern for the situation as it seems. No phone call to say, we don't think we can get to it or anything. If it had been their homes they would not like being left out in the cold. I would not recommend this company for HVAC repair if you are having any problems.

After having Bass soak me for $$$ and not fix anything, I had Nathans come out 2 days later and they instantly found a bad switch to the fan. Replaced it and it works great! They were less expensive, faster, and really knew what they were doing. I woiuld recommend them to everybody.

This is the most professional, polite, and knowledgable HVAC service company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Prices are great, wait times were minimal the times I called, and I wish I didn' t have to move so I could continue to have them service my HVAC system in the future! Highly recommended!
