Sent a letter requesting billing stop on my account. My child has not been going there for months and I am still being charged WHY? I submitted our letter in plenty of time to not be charged once again by this business. Concur with the other review

My step-son's school contracts with these folks for their band instrument rentals. While thre are no problems with the instrument itself, the company's FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES have led me to return it. After 3 months and several phone calls, we cannot get corrected billing for the amount stated on the contract we signed when we rented the instrument. I would recommend that you avoid this company at all cost. Per the school's band director, she has received numerous complaints from other parents who are having the same problems that we are. The company is apparently billing consistantly double the contracted amount. They have lied and told me that the problem has been corrected repeatedly, but they have not actually correctwd their billing. Customer service is no help at all. It appears that their general practice is to bill significantly more than the contract amount in the hope that the parents will just pay it.
