Upon arrival you will be greeted by Meredith and Jennifer, who will promptly turn you over to the caregiver responsible for the particular service that day. You may due for a cleaning and either Evelyn or Kelly will take care of you. Or you may be having restorations by Dr. McDonald or Dr. Middleton, in which case Tammy or Amy will help you throughout your visit! Our office décor is reminiscent of a home, reflecting our goal to treat you as family and soothe your dental experience. Our patients choose our office for care, not because an HMO has sent them to us. We do file traditional insurance and are preferred providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, Cigna Dental, Delta Dental and MetLife Dental. And because Fayetteville is home to Fort Bragg we also gladly accept Tricare Dental insurance. We help best guide your dental choices with both your insurance and dental needs in mind. We use our professional judgment and incorporate our education and experience to recommend treatment needs. Our practice is a referral based practice designed to be able to include your friends and families. Both Drs. McDonald and Middleton were born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. In addition to working in this practice, Dr. McDonald is an Associate Professor for UNC Chapel Hill's Dental School. We look forward to meeting you. Please give us a call today!

      McDonald Middleton Dental is a general dental office. As such, we have many families where we provide dental care for at least three generations of members of the same family! Because we're treating patients from different age ranges, we're able to perform a wide variety of procedures from sealant placement to help protect children's teeth to both simple and complex restorative procedures for the adult population. Additionally, if your needs require a specialists help, we're happy to help arrange appointments with a specialist who we feel better qualified to treat a particular need. We use state-of-the-art technology, including intraoral cameras and digital imaging equipment, we make every effort to detect problems early to avoid more costly dental procedures. Amongst other services, we offer the following general services to our patients: dental cleanings, sealants, CEREC same-day crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, dentures, Realine, implants and digital x-rays.These are just a few of the more common dental procedures we perform. Our experienced, dedicated staff works like a well-oiled machine to understand all of your needs and to ensure you consistently receive efficient, comfortable, and dependable professional care. Every year we invest many hours continuing our education and updating our techniques to provide the best care in the best environment.
