I went there to buy a used f150 they told me I needed some one to singh with me to buy the truck so I did not buy the truck I went to ps chev and bought a brand new Silverado with no money down they don't do business the right way bought three more new vehicles after that

Ive worked in this place for 6 months and the exceptional quality is indeed their goal. Not sure why or how the reviewer above received such treatment but I was almost fired for not keeping track of a small order. They truly strive for your satisfaction.

i purchased a nissan titan from layfayette ford on 7-24-09. I didn't get home before I had to turn around and bring it back, brake shudder and no cruise. Of course they couldn't work on it friday. took it back monday, they took it too their oil lane for fix,no go.truck still gone found out paper work was not signed right thank goodness, They sold my truck saturday at least my trade was good. they act like they don't know me except now that paperwork is not right they are jumpin like red ants in a mason jar. had it not been for this truck would still be sitting they didn't move it until paper mistake was found. I have recieved the runaround all at once the persons i dealt with don't have authority. they literally walked away when i asked what they were going to do about it. I have no vehicle and i guess i'll have to trade it in and loose not only my good truck with 50k i traded in but also the 2000.00 bucks i put with it. disgusted in fay.
