First did business about 30 years ago when expanding the range. Tires gave out on a motor grader and Huston sent out the guys with the know how and had us up and going in less than a few hours. From time to time, I go to them for tire repair on my equipment tires. I took a tractor tire which they repaired right away while I observed. Well I put it on and it busted. Took it back and picked it up the next morning and guess what, they replaced the repaired with a new unit and NO CHARGE. How can anyone expect better? This is a top notch down to earth local company that can fix anything from a go cart tire to a heavy equipment earth mover.

Jean at Huston Tire had us back on the road after an RV start going low. He had the valve replaced in less time than I've ever seen someone do it. I took my 93 superduty ford truck to this shop for a simple alignment, i have the old style straight axle that sometimes has to be bent to bring the adjustment into proper specs, i had tire ware on the insides requiring a toe in and out adjustment to the front end, i had installed 2 brand new tires costing me over 500 dollars on the front and when even i do this i get it aligned, they charged me around 60.00 and told me i needed to replace around 400 dollars worth of components which i took their advise and did, i brought it back to them the 2nd time and paid again 60 dollars and they told me everthing was now ok, 2 months later and around 5000 miles both my tires were wore out on the inside again , i took it back to them and they charged me another 60 to align the truck..i then bought 2 more tire another 500 dollars and last week 2 months later the tires are wore out the same, they no told me my tie rod ends are bad again and need to be replaced, which is true because the boots are tore, however they were only 2 months old why were the boots tore> several other places told me the boots are bad and it looked like who ever put them in tore them...but this in of its self would not cause the tire to ware out like they have all this time come to find out i tool the truck to an old timer truck man in lee county who works on big rigs and hes relaced the kink pins and that solved my problem....when i called and spoke to the woman over there and asked her to explain why this mistake was done she said i must have hit holes in the road.....this truck is brand new in 93 one owner and i have only had in aligned prior to this 1 time, i dont hit holes in the road.....i asked her to at least pay for a set of tire and they told me no , i aksed to refund my $ i payed for the alingments they told me no so now all you judge for yourself...be ware of these rip off artists.....

Have gotten heavy truck and basic SUV tires from them on a number of occasions, never had a problem with the tires or the the service. As far as the nitpicky complaint below about what was going on in the background: How can they control that? For all you know a homeless person walked in off the street and started pitching a fit about nothing (it happens). Blaming a business for that without knowing the facts is ridiculous.

I never actually made it to the store itself. After talking to the girl on the phone and repeating myself 3 times she finally gave me an answer. Not only were their tires more expensive but there was non stop cussing going on in the background. No thankyou
