Called for service and never got a call back. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

My aunt called Haire Plumbing for a water leak. They gave us a time that they would be out to check our water heater. They sent Richard. I can't say enough good things about him. So polite and keep us informed on what he was doing at all times. He found the leak and fixed it right away. Give Richard a raise.

Came out to loo at the job. Stayed about 3 minutes. Said you need a granite man. Stilled charge the fee for a less than 3 minute job. Totally a rip off. Dont call them to fix anything.

I called Haire Plumbing one afternoon late and they sent someone out the next morning (it wasn't an emergency job) I had to have a main line under the house replaced and the work was done fast, professionally and the cost was lower than the quote. I couldn't be happier with the job Haire's team did for me. Very friendly and more than fair in their pricing. I strongly recommend using Haire Plumbing if you're searching for a reputable plumber.

Needed a clog in the shower removed. 3 hours later they say it will be about 800 bucks and they need to go through the ceiling of my living room because "I'm a big guy and that space is small" We refused and had to pay 200 bucks for the "labor." Waste of time and money and still have a clogged shower.

With house full of visitors, kitchen sink clogged. Shower water also backed up into the sink. All home plumbing tricks, failed. Called several chain ads. DON’T BOTHER! Ads say “Serving Fayetteville area”; not! Called local listing, got a really rude person who wanted my bank account and first born child to come assess the problem. When told I would continue to check replied I “wasn’t gonna find anybody to do it cheaper”. Number at Haire was picked up by a kind man who said they were booked up but could come the next morning. Rates 1/3 those of Rude Person. Made appointment. Received call a couple hours later to check if anyone were home, plumber dispatched as we spoke. In a matter of minutes 2 plumbers were at my door. Clog cleared in less than an hour; plumbers neat, friendly, courteous, and efficient. Entire bill minimally more than Rude Person’s call out fee alone. If I have a need for a plumber again, I will definitely call Haire. Highly recommended. Thank you Haire!

All I can say is wow, and thank you. A neighbor knocked on our door early Sunday morning; we had water running down the hill from under the utility room door. Our water heater had burst, turning our driveway into a river! Of course, my husband was away, having had been recalled to Active Duty in the military! I remembered Haire Plumbing and gave it a shot. I called and, low and behold, the owner answered! I explained the situation and he helped me to shut off the flood, opened the shop on a Sunday, and took care of us. That kind of commitment to customers is unheard of today. I will always depend on them for service like this and will highly recommend them to everyone I can. Thanks Mr. Haire!

Needed a new sink and faucet installed in our kitchen - Haire handles the commercial work for my husband's employer so he called them. I wasn't sure how they'd respond to our "little" job - but they showed up when they said they would and did great work. It took less than an hour and except for the new sink and faucet, there was no evidence they'd been there!!! They're certainly on the top of my list for the next time I need a plumber.

i've noticed my front yard soaking with waters so i figure it was a water leak.. I called on Saturday but the guy explained the rate almost double on the weekend so I waited for Monday... They sent someone over first thing at eight am and got it fix within an hour. Great service and reasonable price. I would use them again in the future if I have to.

I had an emergency in that one of my bathroom water pipes broke and needed to be fixed. Water was everywhere. I called and explained the problem. A somewhat rude man came to the phone and simply said he didn't have anyone who could fix it today. He didn't offer any help whatsoever I asked if he could refer me to someone else but he said he didn't know of anyone!!!! He doesn't know the other plumbers in town? Thanks for nothing.
