The workers need to be drug tested. They walk around looking stoned out of their mind. These guys drive vehicles, in neighborhoods with kids. Makes you wonder what else they are up to during the course of the day. These guys are prime candidates for the show "Intervention". Please beware of the shotty work and their ability to take your hard earned money to support their habits.
