Provided by YP.comPlain and simple they sold me a car with 4 bad tires. The two in the front are dry rotted and the two in the back have zero tread they are slick as paper almost. When buying the car I asked them why the tire light wouldn’t turn off they said it’s just a censor issue. They even put air in all the tires in front of me and sent me on my way when I went back a week later. They knew they sold me a car with bad tires. This is dangerous. I called them and they hung up the phone in my face.

Provided by DexKnowsI needed an outside mirror for the right side of my car and was promised it on Tuesday, 25 February. Well, Michelle called me on Monday, 24 February to say it was in. It was installed today and I received great service by very nice people. I'm so glad that I went there and if I have future problems with my car, I will go there again! By the way, I want to thank the man who showed me how to adjust my mirrors!

Provided by DexKnowsMy car was towed here after an accident, and I found that my GPS was missing. When I told the service crew about it, they claimed that they never saw a GPS in there to being with, even though the GPS was stuck on the windshield as they towed it from the scene of the accident. The workers were unprofessional, rude, and ignorant of most things auto-related. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I will make sure my friends and family never have to deal with these horrible people >:(

SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD. SHE EVEN ASKED FOIR MY VEHCILE ID NUMBER AND CALLED THE DEALER TO FIND OUT INFORMATION NEEDED TO ORDER CORRECT PART. DID ALL MY LEG WORK FOR ME. NOW THAT;S WHAT I CALL SERVICE.

Provided by DexKnowsI am in the military and bought a used neon in as is condition from this business. The vehicle was in really good shape. It was fairly cheap. The owners did not pressure to buy it like most businesses. I owned the neon for a little over a month and the engine went south (blew up). I contacted the owners and informed them of the issue. They sent a wrecker to tow the vehicle to their shop. I informed them i was strapped for cash. The service manager told me not to worry they would take care of me. I had called around pricing engines n could not believe the prices for a used engine. Within a day the service manager contacted me n informed me they found an engine for the car. I asked how much it was. I was then informed that it wasn't costing me anything except parts n labor. The owner said since i bought the car n the engine blew in such a short time that they would pay for the new one. Now for those who are reading this remember i said as is condition. They did not have to pay for the engine . I also praise the mechanic n service manager who installed the engine. They had my car back to me within 2 business days. Other places i know would not have done such a quick job. They understood my dilemma n ensured that i had my vehicle back asap. I was also allowed to make payments n take car before paid in full which not allowed but the made a exception to their policies. I will be taking all my business to Ed's Auto Service and Salvage / Cross Creek Paint & Body Shop on Raeford Rd and also sending all my soldiers to this outstanding repair facility.

Provided by DexKnowsCustomer ordered ac compressor for her vehicle, when part came in, she took it to her mechanic, then came back and said the part was wrong it should have been a air ride compressor, we ordered what she asked for. all salvage yards have policy of no refunds, exchange only, we offered to sell her correct part and give her credit for wrong part, she refused.

Next day, it was the wrong part...said next day....the next day they said it wouldn't be in today, be the next day....what kind of service is this? They refused to refund my money, I found the part for half the price elsewhere. This is not a good service business. This is totally bad business.

Provided by DexKnowsI wrecked my car in 2010, The owner was kind to me at the wreck, 300 yards away from his shop, they took their time getting the work done, I had to take it back several times to get them to repair stuff. They kept giving me excuses as to why something wasn't working right, but mostly they tried to make me think it was all in my head. Like my headlight was dimmer on the driver then the passenger, my horn was low tone then what it was before, they put burn marks in my vehicle, my air bags never deployed, but they still tried to blame that on them, on top of my frame was/is bended causing me to go through a couple of sets of tires before I took my vehicle somewhere else finding out my frame is messed up. Every thing they did to my car has been or is being replaced since they did the work because they did a poor job at an sorry excuse/attempt to fix it. If we had not gotten orders a couple hundred miles away I would have taken them to court or got my insurance company to make them repair it the right way. I have invested even more money in my car then your regular wear and tear. I understand when you get your car back its not going to be the same. But come on now? Why has everything had to be replaced because it was spliced wrong or the electrical work done on the vehicle from them was done incorrect. Its sad that they are even still in business.

Provided by DexKnowsthe lady is a nut she wanted seats for her husbans truck that cost$125.00 but when she got to our shop she wanted differant seats that cost $300.00 she did not want to pay for them and call the boss un american . The boss is a vet and has serverd his country! She thought that getting loud at the parts guy that she would get what she wanted but it did not work so she got pissed off and want to speak to the boss who asked her nice to leave!

Provided by DexKnowsWent to get a part for my deployed husband. The part was shown for 125.00. I called and they said yes the had it but I would have to go to the other location to get it. When I got there the guy told me the price was wrong, it was actually 300.00 and that was coming from his boss ( the owner) when I asked to speak with the owner, the guy said he dint want to be bothered. I could see him standing in the back watching us. The guy said he didn't want to bother with getting the part for me either. Even if I was going to pay the 300.00 dollars he didn't want to help me. I am 9 months pregnant and I had my deployed husband on the phone. The owner came to th front and I tried to put him on the phone with my deployed husband to work something out. He said " I needed to leave, and he didn't want to hear a sob story from someone in Afghanistan, he didn't give a $&:!about soldiers and their pitty party deployments. He did his time in vietnam, he just didn't want to help me and could careless that I drove an hour to get there after calling for that part." he shued me away with his hand saying he's the owner and he can do things however he wants and said I needed to get out of his building. All of this for a seat to go in a truck. It's a salvage yard not a top selling dealership or factory, WTH??? No stars, no support, and if I could shut this place down I would in a heart beat! (for the record, I'm a staff sergeant and duel military)
