Thought long and hard about posting this review and discussed wth several people male and female about my hairdo from janet at cuts plus in hope mills nc Friday, 19 May. I changed my style request from a sew in to a ponytail updo prior to her beginning. Purchased a pre made ponytail and janet advised me on which hair to use (I brought her 2 ponytails and she chose the hair). I simply told her i wanted my natural hair washed, blown out and then put up and the ponytail attached in a bun. Janet struggled to style the bun and told me she should have chosen the other hair. 3.5 hours after she began (3pm to 630pm) i came out wth a bun that people couldnt believe was from a professional stylist. It unraveled, was uneven and when I asked her how much I owed her she stated, "$90". I said $90 for a premade ponytail and she replied "its $45"for silk out (which I didnt request) and $45 for the updo. Ripoff. She could not get the bun "right" so why charge a customer so much? Needless to say, when i got in the car i looked at the bun and asked myself Why did I spend 3.5 hours and $90 for this? Never again. The charge was excessive. Its off to a redo somewhere else! Everyone who has seen my hair says it was lopsided and unraveling. BEWARE of excessive cost!

The Manger was nice but they did a bad job don't go get your hair cut there I asked for a trim to get rid of my split ends and they cut off like 5 inch
