I have used Cross Creek Heating and Air for about ten years. When my ac stopped working right after Hurricane Florence hit, a technician was out the very next day! He was very professional and the price of the repair was reasonable. I wouldn't consider having anyone else service my ac unit.

Will NEVER EVER call them for business again!!! You should never raise your hands and your voice to curse at your customers, just because you don't like what they have to say! Especially not an old woman and a very pregnant one at that!! Unaccpetable!! I urge people not to use their service unless they want to get mistreated like this as well. I would have just called the office to complain but the repairman who came to our house was also the "OWNER" of the company! Way to go on your customer service buddy! Not! FAIL!!

NEVER AGAIN will we call Cross Creek Heating & Air!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! I have never in my life had such disrespectful service in my life. This is literally the first time I've had to throw a repairman out my house and tell him to get off my property. We had a new unit put in 2 years ago and it stopped cooling and heating two days ago. Called on monday morning to see if this was covered under warranty and to get someone out here to work on it regardless of if it was covered or not cause this was the company that put this unit in. I am 8 months pregnant and pregnant and hot Do Not go together! The lady on the phone was rude to start with. never asked what my issue was and acted like she didn't even care..."okay well we will call you tomorrow about your warranty info...." thats fine whatever. I don't work there so of course I don't know their protocol on how they run their business. So I let that go. So the repairman came this morning and had to replace a part that happened to be covered under our warranty cause it went bad. I thanked him for his service and my mom said something to him about it breaking after only two years and that not being good. The "repairman" is actually the owner of the company, Gary Mc Carroll, and after hearing my mother say this about the part going bad he starts cursing at my mother!!! In my house!!! I told him not to curse at my mother and at first he denied cursing at her then this man just kept going. (Apparently, he didn't like what she had to say.) So she went to go write him his check so he could leave. I am appalled by this "type" of customer service. Of course if you spend $4500 on a new unit and it stops working after two years your not going to be happy, but apparently thats a reason to raise your hands and voice and point and curse at your customers!!! I've been working in customer service for 21 years and this kind of treatment to a "customer" has never been acceptable, even if you don't like what your hearing!! To think that the owner of the company goes around treating older women and pregnant women like this is unheard of!!!! Please spare yourself the trouble!!! Do not Call this company for work.....apparently the owner doesn't like his customers to have any type of opinion!!!

We bought our 1st Lennox here. We had great service. It was 28 years ago and we are have just been told we should replace it now. We have had little problems with this unit. This man lived in our neighborhood and would stop by if needed.
