My children are very happy with their gymnastics instruction, as am I. Since beginning gymnastics, my son and daughter are stronger, understand hard work, and are excited about setting and reaching their goals.
The owners are amazing people and the coaches are very passionate and invested in the progress of all gymnasts not only in the sport, but as people.

My kids LOVE this place. The coaches are good and getting better everyday. The improvements in my kids skills continues to impress me the most. The facility and equipment is improving all the time. Some of the communication with parents can be but it's not a reason to leave. I would recommend this gym to anyone that wants todo gymnastics. You will love it.

I love this place. It's been a second home to me since I was 9 years old. The owners have become second parents to me and they genuinely care about every person that walks through their doors. I read some of the negative reviews and while I respect everyone's opinion, the facts in those reviews are wrong.

1. The review stating that CSG doesn't appreciate the military or their families is bogus. CSG is owned by a US MILITARY VETERAN! I know which coach they are talking about and that coach lied about her experience level and capabilities as a coach and teacher, in fact she was given a several chances BECAUSE of her military background. She was a safety hazard to the kids that she worked with and safety is CSGs top priority. That's obvious through out the gym. That is the actual reason she had to be let go.

2. CSG has never tried to cut costs by keeping the temperature high during the summer. It is a VERY large building and can be hard to cool during the hotter days of summer. That review was written a while ago, since then CSG has gotten a new AC unit.

3. Instructors doing the same old boring class.... children learn with repetition. Especially in sports. It can definitely seem boring at times to anyone watching but I guess that's just a matter of perception. I think the staff at CSG is absolutely terrific and each coach takes a lot of time lesson planning with the hopes that the gymnasts in their classes really learn a lot from them! Again that review was also written a long time ago, and most of the coaches that worked at CSG then do not work there anymore including the "bald guy" that another negative review was written about.

4. The customer service by CSGs front desk .... no one is perfect, but with nearly 700 students enrolled I think she's doing a fine job. I'm certain CSG would be lost without her.

5. Since many of the previous reviews were written I can promise you that CSG Has changed a LOT, so I want to encourage everyone to check it out!! :-)

I have my 3 year old taking gymnastic classes in Countryside. These are the things I can say about this place and it's "coaches"

1. The first thing you notice when you enter that place is the smell of sweaty feet all over.

2. We are in Summer right now, and I think they are trying to reduce costs because the AC is not set as cold as it should be in a place where people exercise. It is way too hot. The people that work there seem to be in a bad mood due to the extreme hot temperature. It is not healthy to workout in an environment that lacks oxygen and an ideal temperature.

3. The coaches always teach the same class. It seems they never plan a new class, or try to make it fun and appropriate for little kids. I don't even know if those people have enough education or experience to teach little people gymnastics. Most of them don't even look like someone that is fit enough to teach gymnastics. They can't even reach their toes when they show the kids the stretching exercises.

4. There is a particular "coach" that is very annoying and has not a lot of professionalism. He is bald, (in case you need a physical reference to identify this individual). I don't know his name but he is so mean to the little students. He yells at the kids worst than you would if you were very upset with your kids. He treats the kids like little adults, with no respect, and I can tell his teaching style is very old school, so old that his methodology could cause injuries in a body that is still developing. I wonder where he got a credential to teach gymnastics... Probably in a Mexican piñata. I think this guy can cause serious psychological damage to the kids. His class is like a punishment... Not fun at all. I can't believe some parents are ok with that!

5. Customer service is as bad as everything else about this place. Call if you don't believe it. The lady that answers the phone is very rude. They only care about the money you can bring to their business.

I will probably take my daughter out of that place. It seems that is the only option to learn gymnastics in this town. Sad history...

I read the review on you you should be ashamed of being a company. . why dose your company hate an army people? i heard to of your coaches bad mouthing army folks. i was appalled. We a army family an cant imagine giving support for this who don't support the troops. They talk badly about there bout them I went in to observe your company to see if it would be the right place for my kids an its not. I hear a couple of you coach bragging about how funny it was that they finally got rid of a coach. The same coach that my friends mother recommend me to this place for but you fired her an we no longer wish to attend. Because we refuse to give our money to a ghetto company. Why do you fire good people. All my friends said there kids loved her energy an spark.. . She was a good teacher.an they say she was prior service that's what drew us in. We heard she was new to coaching but when kids an adults say she good an great then you go for it. Plus we have to admire that we wanted out kids to have a role model bc they say mixed girl don't do gymnastic. But the kids said they felt like they had a role model. But it seems to use that bc most of ur staff is white that sends kids a message whit girls do gymnastics. As a parent I want you to know that the whole reason we came was the one coach. Do you know if she teaches some where we would like to find her an tell her she was amazing an gave my friends kids great confidence.
