The number of satisfied clients grew and business soon demanded additional support staff along with a second office location. We also handle all DWI's and traffic matters in Federal Court. Attorney Nichole M. Cotton transitioned into her career when she began her legal career as a Staff Attorney with North Carolina Legal Aid in the Fayetteville office. While working in her first legal position she primarily worked as a domestic violence advocate and gained experience in consumer law, mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, family law and unemployment appeals. Her experience also includes Small Claims actions, housing matters, and Social Security claims. We are a full service law firm, specializing in several areas of practice.
