I went to my cousin's wedding and was expecting the normal dried out chicken or a sub-par cut of beef. Boy was I surprised. A "Prime" (as the Chef told me when I asked) thick grilled pork chop with the most vibrant and flavorful chimichurri sauce I have ever had and that says A LOT since I travel to SA quite frequently! I cannot wait to have this highly talented chef to cater my annual Christmas party this year! And of course my Christmas wish will be to have him open his own restaurant in town so I can this incredible food anytime I desire and see what other innovations he has with his food
