A REAL Review from a REAL Customer(with my receipt with date of sale proving so)!! went to there cliffdale location on Monday june 9th around 2ish pm to pick out a refrigerator for my landlord ( who lives out of state) cause my current one stoped working. picked out the refrigerator that was at the warehouse off reilly road. i was told that it was working and ready to go. ask the manager that sold me the refrigerator could it be delivered today cause im a diebetic and my insulin needs to be refrigerated, she said she would do her best (assuming her best, it would be delivered) my landlord paid for the refrigerator over the phone and the manager also told her, she would try her best to get it delivered to me on that day. At 630pm Monday June 10th, i called up there and spoke to the manager about the delivery, i was told the delivery truck was running late and they would be out the following day TUESDAY June 10th to deliver it. I called back at 6pm on TUESDAY cause still no refrigerator and the manager told me it was on the truck and would be here at 7pm or shortly after, IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!! WEDNESDAY June 11th it was delivered at 8pm, but it didnt work!!!! so as far as them adverstised that there products are tested and certified is a LIE!( as they advertise over 2000 items, that ISNT like new condition, they are broken worn out stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers thats not working that they haul away from customers home upon delivery of there junk, then they take it to there wharehouse and fix it using used worn out parts from those haul away items) so THURSDAY June 12th a repair guy came out said it was the compressor and then 2 more repairs guys came over later that night (supposedly one of them was the owner of bragg used appliance) . STILL NO Working refrigerator. so called the manger and was told she would replace it with another one and did on FRIDAY June 13th (which was smaller than the 1st one that i bought and was beat up and scratched up like they pulled it out of the bottom of the city dump) . upon delivery i brought to attention that the 2nd refrigertor that was delivered, the door had issues closing and was off set. he called the office and said hector the repair man would be out that day to fix it. well never heard from hector but it really didnt matter cause that one wasnt getting cold either!!! so after 2 non working refrigerators and DAYS wasted, for me having to be here for deliverys and repair people, my landlord and myself was so MAD, she oredered me a new one to be delivered and contacted the manger yesterday MONDAY June 16th to pick up the SECOND non working refrigerator, we was tired of the lies, bs, bad products and dealing with them and refund her money. the Manager called me MONDAY June 16th, to let me know they would be out TODAY Tuesday June 17th to pick up the refrigertors and to get my landlords phone number once agaain so she could contact her to refund her money. Its 738pm Tuesday and the refrigerator still isnt picked up! but i quess they think everyone has nothing better to do with there life but wait DAYS on them and everyone revolves aroud them. ive never dealt with a bussiness that does bussiness like this and never will again!!! so if you want non tested, non certified junk ( 2 non working refrigertors delivered to me proves so) constantly lied too,days wasted for nothing, then visit them for your needs cause that is what i got and im sure thats what you will get also UPDATE JUNE 21ST...they are refusing to refund back our money ( after they agreed on doing so, cause they are liars and refusing to pickup there non working refrigerator, because they dont like someone posting the TRUTH about the way they do business. contacted ABC 11 Eyewitness News reporter Jennifer Julian Troubleshooters, to get them blasted all over the News.

My dryer stopped working followed by my washer 2 days later. Purchasing new appliances was definitely not in my budget. I went to Bragg Used Appliances and it was the best decision I could have made. The washer and dryer look new and work perfectly fine! The staff was very polite and worked with me. They helped me find what I wanted within my budget. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them.

We asked some soldiers that we knew in Germany and they told us to go to Bragg used appliances.we decided to go to the location in spring lake. The had great appliances and great prices.120 day warranty. This Place is Fabulous !

WARNING!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently moved to the area and need to buy a washer and dryer set. I went to Bragg Used Appliance and bought a set. When the set arrived and was installed, the washer and dryer would work! When I called Bragg and told them about the problem. They gave me the run around. It has been 7 days since the set was installed and no one has been here to fix it. I requested a refund but they refused!!!!!!! Do not go to this establishment. If you do you will be sorry. WARNING ----Hopefully this will help anyone avoid the same mistake!!!!

If anyone is planning on buying a "product" from Bragg Used Appliance or know of someone that is tell them DON'T! They are a scam business with no reputable reviews and they do not follow up with defective products and fix them as they claim. They gave me the run around on fixing the refrigerator for over one week and were not helpful everyday I called. The refrigerator was less than one month old when it stopped working and they delivered it broken too.

Do not buy from here, they are rude and not very helpful. My grandma and I purchased and new washer for my mother for Christmas, hers had been broken for months and she desperately needed one. Since my husband and I had bought a Fridge there back in Nov. I thought it would be cheaper to get one from there than a new one at Lowes or somewhere else. It was Dec 21st, they said they could def deliver it the following Monday and they didn't even bring it until Tues, then my mom called and said it doesn't work, it doesn't agitate and clean the clothes, they just sit in the water, so I called the day after Christmas and told them what she said, they said oh we'll send someone over today, nobody showed until the day after. The person who came looked all around it and under it and said maybe it's the sensor let me go back and order one as soon as it comes in I'll be back to fix it. Well, a week went by, my mom called this time, the fix it guy said oh I'm sorry nobody put in the order yet. So I call I say just go ahead and come get it refund us our money, the lady said oh I talked to the guy who fixes them he said it's a newer type washer and that it just washes the clothes really slow and it doesn't have a regular agitator so that's why it doesn't move. I said no maam the clothes are still dirty it's not washing, so I said so nobody's coming to try and fix it, she said no he said there's nothing wrong with it, I'm getting heated now, I say well then how about you come get it and give us our money back and we'll just go somewhere else. She says well how about this ya'll can come pick out and new one and we'll deliver it tomorrow, I say okay that's great just as long as she has a washer. So we go up there, keep n mind my 85 year old grandma bought this washer for my mom so she had the receipt, my mom and I go all the way up there and she tells us she can't help us at all because we don't have the receipt...I say really, with everything we've been through with ya'll, she said yes I can't do anything for you without the receipt, so I'm going to get the receipt AND my grandma which is not very happy with them today. I'm hoping we can get a new one and it work but I promise you we will NOT be going back there ever again, and neither should you!!!!

Buying from Bragg Used appliances has been a great experience, I have purchased both my washer and dryer from there. When I first went in, everyone was very helpful and friendly, they made the buying experience easy. When my dryer broke during my warranty, someone came out, when the problem continued, another one was brought to my house, and I haven t had a problem with that one at all.

I purchased a fridge from them on a Wednesday, took it home & it did NOT work!!! I was told someone would be out to fix it the next day, NODODY showed, called again the next day and was told someone would be out that day, NOBODY showed! I called again the 3rd day and was told the same lie as the 2 days before, NOBODY has yet to show, I'm fighting to get my money back from this place....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

My oven stop working unexpectedly I was angry because I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money to buy another stove, and because I didn't just want any regular stove I wanted one to match with my kitchen color like my old one did I knew I was going to end up being picky and paying for stove with a preposterous price;but luckily a friend told me about Bragg Used Appliances and I happen to go and look around before buying a stove from someone else. My stove was well worth the price , it works GREAT , fast delivery and installation. They do not high charge people for appliances like other businesses, they friendly and will help you pick out the appliances just for you.

Searching around for a double door refrigerator , since I have always have the old white frig my husband thought it was time we stop being cheap and go and buy a updated one. We went to sears , their prices was over our budget. We went to many other stores but yet still could not afford any of their prices , that was until we heard about Bragg Used Appliances. Their prices are so reasonable with brought a refrigerator , and a new washer. Next month we should be going back to get us a good dryer . We are excited and not I do not have a ancient refrigerator thanks for Mr.Palacios .
