1.) A lady called to set up the appointment, she stated that the service worker would be out between 10-12. At 12:30, I called to check the status of their arrival and was told they would be out between 10-2. The service worker arrived at 1:55 pm. (That should have been a red flag at that moment)
2.) When I showed him the first faucet, the guys says "$*@!, its a Moen". The he proceeds to tell me he doesn't like fixing Moen faucets.
3.) I showed him the 2nd Moen faucet & he says that I have to pay to have it replaced and that he can do that. I said well the home warranty AHS covers that. He said that they didn't. I told him to hold on while I call AHS to verify. As I am calling AHS, this guy jumps in his truck and leaves. The AHS rep confirms that normal wear and tear on faucets that cannot be fixed, can be replace and is covered by my warranty. This guy was looking to have me pay him cash so he could pocket the money. I am pretty sure they would have billed AHS, as well.

We had this contractor assigned through American Home Shield home warranty company. When I called him saying we have water on the floor, he told me to turn off the water and he will come in 3 days. Next day I called him and canceled, and guess what happened? He showed up in 3 days, and now he is demanding a $75 service fee and AHS is not willing to back me up on this, saying I have to take it up with him. This guy is so rude and unprofessional... I could probably give you all the details, but instead I'll just say STAY AWAY, no good comes from greedy people like that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made this account just to warn anyone thinking of using them. It is a complete joke. Set two appointments no one ever showed for either one both times they claim they have no appointment for us. I can't believe actual humans are involved in this business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The plumbers are so rude. I was told so many different times and dates for my service, no one was willing to give me a specific date or time for service. When I called each number listed on the business card given to me I was always given another number to call to get 'the specifics". I was told my water heater would be fixed on Monday, its Wednesday and no one has been out. I will not be recommending All American Plumbing to anyone, ever. If I could give ZERO stars as a rating I would.

Complete joke. Came to house through American Home Shield. Did zero work and left. Lied to my face and claimed my spouse cancelled the service.

I had excellent experience with guy that came to fix my plumbing. When you flush toliet and turn on sink: the water in sink would stop running completely. Mr . Harris was so professional and knowledgeable. He knew the problem and fix it in thirty minutes. what a terrific job and guy.

I had an excellent experience with All American Plumbing. The pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking. I called Friday morning and they came Saturday morning. The man was professional and courteous. He completed the whole job perfectly in 20 minutes. I think each experience is what you make of it. You get what you give!

Scammers! I would give them zero stars if posssible. Our waterheater broke and AHS send All American . We asked for top of the line , energy saving heater and we would pay the difference in cost. They installed the waterheater and we had to pay and extra $400. ( this included service and haul away costs). When we looked up on line what this waterheater would cost in the store, we found out that it would cost around $460.!!! The insurance company paid All American $600. When we called All American for an explanation, the manger was very, very rude and never explained why we had to pay extra. We are still in the process of trying to get some money back. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from these scammers.

do. (Nichols Plumbing was 1st

selected by AHS but would never

call them back to do the work!) Bottom line this company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They got one star from me only because I had to give it on here, if I didn't have to, they'd have no stars! This company is rude, uncooperative, and do not have the expertise to be in the plumbing business. What took them over 5 days to try to do, another company came in and done it in one day and in 20 minutes. You'll be sorry if you use this company.

EVEN AT MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY WHO I WENT THROUGH TO USE THEM, DECIDED TO SEND OUT A DIFFERENT COMPANY AFTER SENDING THEM OUT 2 TIMES ALREADY, BECAUSE WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY CALLED THE OWNER TO GET MY ISSUE HASHED OUT...DECIDED HE WAS A PRICK AND SET ME UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FREE OF CHARGE BECAUSE HE WAS SO RUDE TO HER!!! (( LETS JUST HOPE THIS NEXT COMPANY IS BETTER))
