I have never written a review on any thing or any type of service, But I felt compelled to write this review because this was the WORST service I have ever received anywhere as a consumer. I went to Affordble Dentures this morning to have 6 bad teeth pulled, get my permanent top plate and temporary bottom plate (after teeth were pulled) I spoke to the assistant who explained my options to me. I chose the option that was best for me. Then I waited for about 15 mins before DR. Carl A. Gentry, DDS came in to see me. He looked in my records for a few mins then asked what I would like to have done today. I told him what I as the customer wanted to have done, he then examined my mouth and told me that the 6 bad rotted teeth in my mouth dont need to be pulled and that he was not going to pull them. He also said that he was not going to do an upper plate unless I upgraded to one of their Dental Plans like I should have done in the first place when I first came there months ago. What kind of way is that to talk to a Paying Client!!! So the reason why Dr. Gentry didn't do anything for me today was because did not get one of his plans when I first came there monthe ago. I also kept asking him about the pain I was feeling in these teeth and he just went on and on about why I didn't get his plan and why I should have got his plan. Then Dr. Gentry said that he would give me a copy of my xray to have another dentist tell me if my teeth were bad! I don't need another Dentist to tell me that because THEY ARE ROTTING!! Well, then Dr Gentry left to get me a copy of my xray. His assistant came back in and went over what I could have done today. What she said to me was totally different from what Dr Gentry said!! So he over heard the assistant telling me this and came rushing back in and started yelling at me about what he just told me!! He started apologizing to the assistant and did not apologize to me not once!!! At that point I told this man to give me my xray so I can get out of here!!! Also the assistant secretly apologized to me for this Dr Gentrys actions. My advice, don't ever go to this Dentist. He talks to people in a very condesending way and dosent really care what the patient wants or needs. Take your business elsewhere for Quality dental service because Dr. Carl A. Gentry is NOT THE ONE!!!
