I was sold on this company from the time I made the call. I was very impressed with their Knowledge and attention to detail. We have rental property in the Hope Mills area and needed to get a move out cleaning on our property. we were unable to be on sight at the time because of other circumstances but the company assured me that they would take care of it and they did just that, I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a honest company with character and integrity that puts quality work first! My husband purchased a house cleaning service for me for a birthday gift. I was VERY disappointed in the service that was provided by this company. Not only did they not do what their website said they would do, what they did do was sloppy and only about half done. My downstairs bath was not even close to being clean around the toilet, some furniture was not dusted at all. It did not appear as though they moved items to dust underneath them, they just dusted around them. When confronted they agreed to come back, but would not do everything that their website stated they would do. On the night before they were to come back I went through and typed out everything that the website said they did, which included blinds, her response to the cleaning of blinds was "I don't do blinds". That evening things were removed from the website that were there the night prior. DO NOT use this company!! Four people spent four and half hours in my house and did not accomplish any more, or maybe less, than I could by myself in the same amount of time. I uploaded a couple of pictures of my "cleaned" bathroom and a "dusted" dresser.

They were very professional and understanding. The staff help me pack up the items I had let to pack and ,they gave my home a full cleaning. As well as they provided me with carpet cleaning service.
