Dr. Smith is "Awesome". She not only believes in informed consent but she practices informed consent and makes sure you completely understand everything. Dr. smith was willing and able to answer my questions concerning my pregnancy and took the time to be cautious to conduct any necessary testing to make sure my unborn child was safe. Dr. Smith made me and my family feel comfortable with her judgement and expertise as a doctor. I didn't want any other doctor delivering my child. Thank You, Dr. Smith for taking the ease off this stressful pregnancy.

Read the reviews and decided to give this practice a try. The staff seemed nice enough but after my preventative visit (covered completely under my insurance), I got a call that I needed to come back, due to the tests not having enough cell material. Went back for a do over, now I have a bill for what was their incomplete test during the first visit. The exact same thing happened with the mamogram they scheduled with their recommended imaging center. First mammo covered by insurance, oops there was a mistake...return visit..there's a charge. I will go back to my previous OB/GYN, Women's Wellness. They may be crowded and hard to get a quick appointment with but at least they are true to their billing practices.

I don't know what happen to the front of the house but their customer service skills are enough to make you go across that counter and slap them. They don't look at you, smile, speak loud enough, maybe because they are not looking at you. There are too many OBGYN to be dealing with this on top of being pregnant. Found A Womas Place after looking for a regular Obstetrisian.I was assigned to Dr.Ester Smith and am so happy I was she is absolutely AMAZING.She is so caring and has took time out of her busy schedule to call me and explain Every result of test to where I was at ease and listened to every problem and acted on it. If you are looking for a doctor who really is concerned about you see Dr.Ester Smith!!!!

Dr. Gordon is my menopause doctor. I see her yearly or whenever I am having a problem. Her Staff is always friendly and willing to help. My wait time is between 15 and 20 minutes. Dr. Gordon is always concerned about everything that is going on with my body. Reason being, menopause has many symptoms and is often mis-diagnosed. I love Dr. Gordon and her staff.
