I have been using Picazo's Flower Designs for many years as the flower of choice for all weddings and special events. In my business I need a florist with style and who will do what they say they'll do, Chelsea -Wedding Coordinator

Will NEVER use again. I placed my order at 8:30 am for my mother in law's birthday and received an order confirmation later that afternoon, so I assumed everything was taken care of. I receive a call at 10:15 that night from the manager letting me know that my order was never delivered because it was somehow lost in their system. He gave me the option to cancel or deliver the next morning, but never offered an explanation and was hardly apologetic. Maybe if he had been more sympathetic or had offered a discount it would have made up a little for their screw-up and we would have considered giving them another chance.
