Had a quote from Kauffman for 2 tires and an alignment - they said they'd match the quote. Instead they did the 2 tires claimed no alignment as needed but charged the same as the Kaufmann quote, an overcharge of $60. That's just plain dishonesty, and I'd suggest getting your tires somewhere else
I love this place! I have never felt comfortable about taking my car to the shop to get anything done, but these people made me feel welcome and they were very HONEST! I had just taken my car to the dealership for an oil change and the mechanic at Hoffman showed me things that were not done. The Hoffman mechanic took a lot of time with me and explained anything he was doing to my Sequoia and why. He even showed me how to increase the miles between oil changes. Every person that came into the shop was welcomed into the store and treated like they were all special. I would gladly drive the extra 60+ miles that I did to get the GREAT SERVICE that I received. The prices were very reasonable too! A+++++++++
