Offer good monitoring service at a fair price. Their downfall is customer service or lack there of. I canceled my account over the phone and months later received a bill in the mail. EE Armored claims they have no record of my cancellation request therefore the account was never closed. I'm very disappointed in the office management side of this company. I will not recommend using EE Armored for this reason alone.

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Don't think about calling this company unless you want headache after headache. No customer service at all. Will not return phone calls. The tech was 2 1/2 hours late for the appointment. Alarm will not work after he left and a week later I'm still trying to get the alarm fixed. Horrible company!!!!!

It would help your business to establish a website, or at least advertise what your site is.
