Let me just start by saying , I don't know who the person who left the last review dealt with but there is no way it was the same company . At one of the worst times of my life , they made this process as easy as possible . Todd , was the most professional , pleasant , and courteous person I have ever dealt with . He explained the entire bonding process to me and went way above and beyond to make sure he answered all my questions. I could not begin to tell you how much I would recommend using this company for all of your bonding needs . Not wishing any misfortune upon anyone, but this is definitely the company to use and make sure you ask for , Todd . He will make your bad experience as pleasant and as quick as possible .

Absolutely terrible. The staff was rude, the bondsman was very late, and no one called to inform the jail to begin submitting paperwork. They made a bad night awful.
