Do not use this establishment for party rentals and be aware of their unwritten delivery policy. Lots of bobcats, back hoes and heavy equipment, but my experience with party rentals was extremely disappointing. When I rented tables and chairs three weeks before my party, I was not advised verbally or in writing of their delivery policy and expected the merchandise to be delivered and picked up on the dates and times shown on my contract. The day before my party, I called to confirm the delivery time and was told that they do not deliver any rental less than $250.00 or the customer must pay $90.00. I was totally unprepared to pick up these items since I do not own a truck. I managed to pick them up with my car and my son's SUV, but the biggest shock was yet to come. The chairs were rusted and had dried mud on the backs. I went through stacks of chairs to find the least offensive ones, but still had to wash 25 chairs when I got home. Robert, the service person, was not at all helpful.
