After more than 3 weeks of ongoing problems with our 2010 Honda, multiple trips to the dealership, a replaced battery (which may or may not have needed it), and other replaced parts, we were still having our problem. However, after ONE TRIP to Helping Hands Automotive Care (HHAC), they not only diagnosed the problem correctly, obtained the part and replaced it, WASHED THE CAR and detailed the inside, but also handed us a printed copy of the Honda Technical Service Bulletin that perfectly identified our problem - all at an extremely reasonable price. Why the Honda dealership didn't know about this issue as well as HHAC, we don't know, but we'll be going to HHAC *FIRST* from now on!
