The Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Decided to give the new owner a shot, i supplied the replacement part because I had previously tried to do the repair myself the night before. When I originally called for an estimate he quoted me 40-80, 40 if it was easy 80 if it were hard, HARD meaning he'd have to replace the pipe and rethread it for the o2 sensor. I dropped my truck off at 11 o'clock and he asked for my number and said he'd call after he took a look at it. By 5 o'clock i hadn't received any calls, so i called him. he said my truck was done and said i owed him 80, i replied with "holy S***" knowing that the pipe and o2 sensor were fine. he then replied with if you say one more thing it'll be $100. Well when i arrived to pick up my truck he began to preach to me about how there was no "easy button" and how his tools were expensive, well being an Iraqi War Veteran I know just how expensive LIFE is so i didn't need his preachings. So i went out on a limb and gave the new guy a chance and it hurt me... I will not recommend this creep to anyone and I can't wait to see his doors close for good.
