I have always gotten excellent service there and the one on College.

I was treated badly by your staff, while trying to return a motorcycle battery. The one I bought there, a year ago, had blown up, they acted like I was trying to rip them off. A woman behind the counter, started screaming across the store "we can't give him core charge", (which, I was fine, with) but she yelled this 3 times!!! Attracting everyone in the store's attention. It was highly embarrassing. I will not do business there, again.
