Incredibly unprofessional. I had an Full Detail appointment made 4 weeks in advance for November 22nd. They never showed up. I left three messages and no one has called me back. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable detailed. These folks are horrible...

Wonderful, fantastic!! I am the mother of 4 kids, so that should explain how bad my van was. My oldest spilling a whole large cup of soda put me over the edge. Charles from Chere's even came to my work place to pick up my van. He was very professional, even called to inquire about the red stain (cherry icee) he was struggling to get out. My van looks beautiful, even smells so much better. Only negative- the lack of complimentary biohazard bags. Ya know, the ones you can zip your kids in before you let them in your fabulously clean van! Thanks Chere's and Thank You Charles
